To make your purchase even more special, you can opt for gift wrapping during the checkout process for a small additional charge. Rest assured, your order will be shipped in discreet outer packaging and will require a signature upon delivery to guarantee its safe arrival.
UK Deliveries:
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s 24-hour delivery service, at a cost of £5.00, which will be added to your basket at checkout.
International Deliveries:
For EU orders, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We ensure that there will be no customs charges or delays upon the arrival of your parcel. Delivery charges for EU orders are £15.00 per parcel.
For international orders outside the EU, we offer DHL delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Delivery charges for worldwide orders are £25.00 per parcel.
Each product is carefully crafted with attention to detail to ensure the best quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and with the original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure all briefs/bodysuits are tried on over your own underwear.
