It’s very easy to return a product you have purchased from our website!!!

If you are not happy with your product, we can offer you a refund or if it is the wrong size we can exchange your purchase free of charge, as long as the original product is returned in perfect condition (the condition it was sent out in).

Important Notice:

1. To receive a refund or to exchange the goods, the original item must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
2. Unless faulty, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange for made to measure corsets but you can send the corset back to us for adjustments.
